  • A contractor or an owner-builder in gas must pay to the Board, for the inspection of construction work for a gas installation carried out further to the issue of a remedial notice provided for in section 122 of the Building Act (chapter B-1.1), inspection fees of $164.35 for the first hour or fraction thereof, half of the hourly rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof in addition to the first hour and fees of $77.33 for each trip.
