3.15.5.1. Obstructions not Permitted
(1) A sign shall not be located so as to obstruct openings="http://thehandyforce.com/windows/" title ="Window installer in Toronto">openings required for light and ventilation, any required means of egressor required access for firefighting in accordance with Sentence 3.2.5.3.(2).
